Commercial Interior 2007 Canterbury ADNZ Award Winner

The agency's brief to 3 Architecture was to create a light and inspiring open-plan workplace with large reception and waiting areas and a separate board room, smaller meeting room and ancillary rooms - without detracting from the integrity of the building. The client's wish was to 'Let the original building be the hero'. The client had a large collection of artworks to display and some extremely large pieces were also purchased specifically for the premises in response to the open spaces and great ceiling heights.
