Renovation Award 2007 Canterbury Award Winner

The brief for this renovation was that these views had to be maximised while maintaining privacy in the living areas. Also required were the addition of a balcony which would allow the residents to enjoy the coastal views; the opening up of the exisiting master bedroom and creation of a living area which captured afternoon sunshine and lead to a deck sheltered from easterly winds; and the creation of a new master bedroom comprising ensuite bathroom, dressing room wardrobe and private sitting area.
